Uitwisselingsproject tussen Motiva en FOSa:
Van 28 november tot en met 18 december 2010 hebben bij Motiva twee Poolse vrijwilligsters rondgekeken en meegewerkt aan verschillende activiteiten. Dit als onderdeel van het Grundtvig Senioren Vrijwilligers Project waarin Motiva samenwerkt met de Poolse organisatie FOSa. Het betreft hier een uitwisselingsprogramma tussen beide organisaties waarvoor de Europese Unie subsidie beschikbaar stelt.
Het is de bedoeling dat in het voorjaar van 2011 er twee Nederlandse vrijwilligers naar Polen gaan om daar kennis op te doen en ervaringen uit te wisselen. In september 2011 komen er dan weer 4 Poolse vrijwilligers naar hier en in mei 2012 gaan er weer 4 Nederlandse vrijwilligers naar Polen.
Het doel van het project is om zoveel mogelijk ervaringen uit te wisselen en van elkaar te leren.
Het vrijwilligerswerk staat in Polen nog in de kinderschoenen en men krijgt nu de gelegenheid om te zien en te ervaren hoe men dit in Nederland organiseert. De Poolse vrijwilligsters zijn hoofdzakelijk te gast geweest bij Motiva Straatadvocaten en het Maatschappelijk Ondersteunings Bureau in Amersfoort. Men heeft meegeholpen met het verzorgen van lunches voor daklozen en ouderen. Ook heeft men geholpen bij de voorbereidingen van de kerstlunch voor daklozen en kerstdiner voor minima. Daarnaast hebben zij ook met vrijwilligerswerk in verschillende andere organisaties kennis gemaakt. Tevens was er ruimte om kennis te maken met de Nederlandse cultuur.
Het verblijf in Amersfoort is door de Poolse dames als een groot succes ervaren en we kijken al uit naar het vervolg in komende tijden.
During the period of 28 November and 17 December 2010 the cooperation with the organisation FOsa from Poland has resulted in a exchange of Polish volunteers to Amersfoort, the Netherlands. This project was carried out as a result of a grant and financial support by the European Union..
The intention is that in the spring of 2011 two Dutch volunteers will go to Poland to exchange knowledge and experience. In September 2011 four Polish volunteers will come to Amersfoort and in May 2012 four Dutch volunteers will go to Poland.
The purpose of the project is to exchange as much experience as possible and to learn from each other. The work of volunteers in Poland is still in its infancy and now people will get the opportunity to see and experience how it is organised in the Netherlands.
The Polish volunteers have mainly been guests at Motiva street lawyers and the Office of Social Organisation in Amersfoort. They have been helping to take care of lunches for the people without shelter and for the Christmas dinner for people with minimum income. Besides that there were enough opportunities to make acquaintance with the Dutch culture.
The stay in Amersfoort by the Polish ladies has been a great succes and we look forward to the following up in spring 2011.
Wymiana miedzy Motiva i FOSa
Od 28 listopada do 19 grudnia przebywaly w Motiva dwie polskie wolontariuszki, ktore uczestniczyly w roznych dzialaniach i zajeciach przez nas organizowanych. To jest częścia projektu Wolontariatu Seniorów, gdzie Motiva współpracuje z polską organizacją FOSa. Wymiana miedzy dwiema organizacjami jest mozliwa dzieki dotacji z Uni Europejskiej.
Wiosna 2011 jest w planach ze wolontariusze z Holandii pojada do Polski, zeby tam zdobyc nowa wiedze i wymienic sie doswiadczeniami. We wrześniu 2011 roku przyjedzie ponownie czterech wolontariuszy z Polski do Holandii a w maju 2012 pojadzie czterech wolontariuszy z Holandii do Polski. Celem tego projektu jest to, zeby podzielic sie doświadczeniami i uczyc sie od siebie nawzajem.
Praca wolontariuszy w Polsce jest na poczatku drogi, wiec maja oni okazje zobaczyc jak to jest organizowane w Holandii. Polscy wolontariusze byli goscmi w Motiva Street Association i w Centrum Wsparcia Społecznego w Amersfoort. Przyczynily sie one do pomocy w przygotowaniu lunch dla bezdomnych i osob starszych. Polskie panie pomagaly rowniez w przygotowaniach lunch z okazji świąt Bożego Narodzenia i świątecznej kolacji dla minimów. Ponadto Polskie wolontariuszki mialy okazje poznac prace innych organizacji ktore zajmuja sie wolontariatem. W czasie pobytu w Holandii bylo duzo czasu do zapoznania się z holenderską kulturą.
Podczas pobytu w Amersfoort polskie panie doswiadczyly duzego sukcesu i czekamy na dalszy ciag w nadchodzacych latach.
